I want to post this to acknowledge the great job done during a recent home renovation at my house. Due to a water leak discovered in the crawl space under my kitchen floor, I reached out to Portland Construction & Restoration Solutions. They were most professional, appeared genuinely concerned about my situation and judging by the quality of their work, quite knowledgeable. They were attentive to my concerns and operated efficiently within a set schedule.

Shout out to the contractors that made it possible. I would specifically like to recognize Jordan, Miguel, Marco, Jose & Daniel. I don’t want to forget Anthony who helped get all this started. Thank you Brennan for getting it all wrapped up. The floors, cabinets and walls look amazing. I would highly recommend this team for any project seeking quality, professional work in the future within the Portland area.

My workers were Seth, Mike, Nic, Blake, Jesse. These guys were prompt/professional. They cleaned up everything. They had a great attitude. They were a pleasure to work with Seth had the whole project under great control. Thank you so much for tearing apart my house so I can get it fixed.

I want to give a shout out to JORGE, Alex, and Heath. My bedroom completion is better than expected. The work they’ve done so far in the kitchen has been wonderful. I want to thank you all for doing an excellent job and your people were always so prompt on arrival, and that is very important to me. And they were very courteous cleaned up after themselves, professional, etc. thank you

I unfortunately had to get my bathroom partially repaired due to a water leak. Fortunately PCS had an awesome team to handle the repairs and restoration as well as work with my home insurance. Collin did a fantastic job managing the timeline and scheduling different trades as needed. He was also very responsive to communication and fixed all issues as they arose during our project. Mike and Nick were also amazing. They were courteous, communicative, and kind to my inquisitive kids throughout the demo/restoration. I really appreciated their attention to detail and pride in their work. Hopefully I won’t have a big construction project come up for a bit, but if I do I will be giving PCS a call.
