After trying to mitigate our water damage myself I realized late at night that much more help was needed. Amber was great triaging my call making sure I was informed of who would be coming and what vehicle I should look out for and Corey called me as soon as he had an ETA arriving right on time. He went right to work explaining the process and the each stage of the work answering all my questions (and I had plenty). I feel like we are in good hands and have a team that is dedicated to do all they can to try to save our wood floors without compromising the health of our home. Time will tell.

This company did outstanding work! We had a shower pan failure that caused significant water damage to the point where the whole shower had to be cleared out and reinstalled. Jaycob, construction manager, and his team - Amber, Omar, Jordon, Vlad, and Mike- worked very well together and all seemed to put quality at the top of the list. They were even friendly and informative. Good communications throughout the process. Jaycob made periodic visits for review, sent photos, and was easy to reach via text, phone, email. Detailed invoices were provided as well as a schedule- which they adhered to, even though it was right before the holidays. The bathroom looks better than it ever has and I feel confident that this was top quality work. Inspections were coordinated by the manager and all passed. This included clean out, reconstruction, plumbing, framing, membrane, tile work, dry wall, and painting. They even cleaned the ceiling fan/light for us! I am very pleased with the process and the outcome, and would hire them again.

We had a great experience with Portland Construction & Restoration Solutions. After reporting water damage to our floors and wall caused by a refrigerator leak to our ins co, PCS sent their remediation team that night. Their teams doing the remediation and reconstruction were top notch professionals. The Project Mgr, Colin, was so responsive to every question. And the entire job was completed ahead of schedule. We are so pleased and would definitely call them for any future work.
