Miguel, Cory, Daniel, Tabitha and Brenden were a great group of people to work with I give them a 5 star review. I would recommend this company to friends and family. This was a stressful process to get through and get the work done. When I first met with Daniel he was so nice and friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Next were the actual construction guy they did a great job in the bathroom. It looked great when they were finished. Tabitha was friendly and made the payment part easy to get through.

In early 2024, a sudden snowstorm struck, and a towering tree from my neighbor’s yard unexpectedly fell onto my house, causing severe damage to the roof and main beams. More than half of the home — including the master bathroom and dining room — was completely destroyed, leaving my once warm home in ruins overnight.

In the months following the disaster, I searched everywhere for a suitable repair contractor. Most companies declined due to the scale and complexity of the project. Eventually, I found a builder specializing in new home construction, but after demolishing part of the damaged structure, they abruptly withdrew because of funding issues. This brought the already difficult repair process to a complete standstill, leaving me in utter despair.

Just when I was losing hope, through a referral from the City of Lake Oswego, I was introduced to Portland Construction Solutions — a true “rescue team from heaven.” They brought me renewed hope and helped restore order to my chaotic life. Even though I was living abroad for much of the process, their prompt communication allowed me to clearly track every stage of the project with peace of mind.

From Estimator Daniel’s precise and detailed cost estimates to Trish in the finance department carefully managing every step of the payment process, and contacting with my insurance company, loaner bank, the early stages of cooperation went smoothly, laying a solid foundation for the project’s success. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to my project manager Brenden — whose exceptional professionalism and outstanding execution far exceeded my expectations. Leading his team members Miquel and Corey, he completed what was originally planned as an eight-month repair project in just four months — delivering results of remarkable quality and efficiency.

As for the craftsmanship, I couldn’t be more satisfied. What touched me most was a built-in cabinet in the master bathroom that I was particularly fond of. Due to structural requirements, it had to be completely dismantled and rebuilt. After learning how much it meant to me, Brenden went out of his way to design a customized plan to preserve it. When I stepped back into the finished room, that beloved cabinet had been perfectly restored — seamlessly integrated with the newly rebuilt sections, with no trace of repair work. It was truly a masterpiece of invisible restoration.
